Mr. Mahmoud Khalil is a distinguished business leader with more than two decades of experience in the agriculture and food manufacturing sectors in the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan. In 2011, he founded Alyoum Company and has led its transformation into one of Jordan’s leading food companies by building a fully integrated business model spanning agricultural production, food manufacturing, and nationwide distribution.

Throughout his career, he has led the development of strategic partnerships and concluded transactions with regional and international organizations, playing a pivotal role in business development, attracting investment, and driving sustainable growth. His leadership is guided by a commitment to innovation, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Under his leadership, Alyoum Company continues to execute its long-term strategy to strengthen its position as a leading food company in Jordan and the wider region through product innovation, strategic partnerships, and sustainable expansion, creating lasting value for shareholders, customers, and the communities it serves.

Education

Began his academic studies at Yale College, Wrexham, North Wales, United Kingdom, before continuing his studies in Business Administration at the University of Jordan.
