The first and largest industrial bakery in Jordan
Alyoum Bakery is a 30,000 sqm modern purpose-built facility and state-of-the-art production combining the strength of large-scale manufacturing with skilled original bakery expertise to cater for the growing demand in the Jordanian and neighbouring markets.
Alyoum Bakery is the largest producer of bakery products and snacks in Jordan, providing the whole range of breads, pastries, high-quality snacks and fresh made croissants and puffs.
Using the best ingredients, tested recipes, latest technologies and new baking techniques, we deliver products of superior quality, so our consumers can enjoy fresh premium baked goods every day.
Logistics Operations and Fleet
A top of the line logistics center and fleet
We are particularly proud of our world class infrastructure and logistics center that manages efficiently all stages of goods moving, warehousing, loading and shipping and controls the entire distribution and sales operations.
Alyoum fleet, the largest in the country with over 300 vehicles services and ships Alyoum products to over 13,000 selling points nationwide. Our expert and dynamic sales team ensures excellence in execution and that all our products are available daily in the market.
Alyoum Plastic
Packaging plays a fundamental role in the conservation of our products. As part of our integration plan, we have invested in building our own plastic packaging manufacturing facility.
Using the latest technologies and global leaders’ machineries, our fully automated production processes include in-mold labeling, blow molding PET and blow molding HDPE.
Our production capacity meets the needs and requirements of Alyoum brands, and we can also supply other customers.
We also have the capabilities to produce any other plastic products needed for future expansion projects. Committed to keeping our environmental impact as low as possible, we recycle production waste as well as plastic crates to be used for commercial baskets production in our supply chain.
Alyoum Farms
The biggest dairy farm in Jordan
Our commitment to offer consumers fresh and premium milk and dairy products starts in our dairy farms, which is the biggest in the country, with the capacity to accommodate 15,000 cows.
Currently, our farms are home to over 7,000 Holstein cows, carefully selected and imported from Holland and Denmark, according to strict criteria. The farms feature the latest technology to ensure cow comfort and safety.
Our herd meets our total milk requirement, which gives us direct control over the quality and supply of our products.
Our modern hi-tech dairy farms infrastructure encompasses two mega farms, milking centers, cow barns, young stock barns, feed centers, calf rearing hutches, and a waste management system.
