Following his graduation in 2019, he joined Sama Jordan Group for Agricultural and Industrial Investments, where he began his career in the Production Department at Alyoum Food Company. During this period, he gained hands-on experience in manufacturing operations, quality management, and operational efficiency, developing a strong understanding of food production processes and the industry’s value chain.

As a member of the Board of Directors, Mr. Amin Khalil represents the Group’s new generation of leadership. He combines practical operational experience with a forward-looking business perspective, contributing to the Group’s strategic direction while supporting innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable long-term growth.
Mr. Amin Khalil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics & Business Administration from the University of Kent, United Kingdom.
