Khalid holds a Doctorate Degree in Business Administration (DBA) from the University of Northampton, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Western Sydney, a Master’s Degree in Research Methods and Methodologies from the University of Northampton and a BA Degree in Economics from the University of Jordan. Khalid is a Certified Supply Chain Practitioner-Professional (SCOR-P) from the Supply Chain Council – American Production Inventory Control Society (APICS) and has dedicated a vast portion of his career into the field of Supply Chain Management . The vast Majority of his career was focused on Business Development, Sales, Marketing and Operations Management with focus on creating synergies across these spectrums.
In his twenty five years’ experience Khalid made several career stops most interestingly as Jordan’s Minister of Transport. He also served as the General Manager of Talabat – Delivery Hero (Dark Stores Q-Commerce). His other Career highlights include holding key senior positions with leading Multinationals including Nestlé Middle East FZE, Ronesca Nutrition, Sultan Group, Abu Khader Group, World Logistics Council, Comprehensive Multiple Transportation Company (CMTC).
Khalid has also been very active in recent years in the field of training, consultancy and business development, he has held and designed numerous training workshops across the Middle East and has partnered with consultancy firms including Middle East Logistics Institute, Global Coalition for Efficient Logistics, TAG University, Arthur D little, Muharram & Partners, United Nations Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA), Greater Amman Municipality, Armoush Tourism Investments and others.
In his tenure as Minister of Transport Khalid was entrusted with critical public positions such as being the Chairman of Jordanian Land Transport Regulatory Commission, Chairman of Jordanian Maritime Commission, Chairman of Hejaz Railway, Head of The Arab Bridge Maritime as well as being a member of several Governmental Committees to name a few, head of the steering committee of Amman Bus Rapid Transport Project, Member of the of the Higher Committee for selection of Senior government positions, Member of the Governmental Public-Private Partnership Higher Ministerial Committee, Member of the governmental Supply Chain Continuity Committee amongst other committees as well. Khalid is also a board member in the Arab International Society for Management Technology.
In Brief, Khalid Saif has delved in his careers between Commercial & Operations Management, Sales & Marketing, Business Development, Supply Chain , Projects Management, Sales & Operational efficiencies, Process Optimization and is known to be a Digital Transformation Enthusiast.
